1.7 Limitation of Liability

WIF Group is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. We do not guarantee specific results, as digital marketing and development outcomes depend on multiple external factors.

1.8 Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the agreement with prior written notice. If a client terminates services before project completion, WIF Group reserves the right to charge for work already completed.

1.9 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be handled in accordance with the applicable laws and jurisdiction of Surat, Gujarat, India.

1.10 Changes to Terms

WIF Group reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
